Renting a $40,000 watch should feel like a luxury experience, not a paperwork ordeal — but it should also be airtight. Here's how MARQUE handles both.

Choose & reserve
Select your watch and event date. A refundable security deposit (10% of retail value) is held against the piece — never charged unless required.

Verify identity
Photo ID and a secondary form of verification confirmed before the watch leaves the safe. A 15-minute video call with the owner finalises the reservation.
03
Hand-delivered
The owner personally delivers the watch to you anywhere in metro Adelaide on the morning of your event. Original presentation box included.
04
Wear the moment
Insurance certificate covers accidental damage during your hire window. Wear it as your own — within use guidelines, no water sports or contact activities.
05
Photographic return
Owner collects the following day. Watch is photographed against the original handover record. Deposit released within 24 hours.

Specialist insurance
Lloyd's-backed jewellery hire policy active during every rental window. No excess for the renter on covered claims.
Verified renters only
Two-step ID verification, address confirmation and a video call before reservation is confirmed.
Photographic handover
High-resolution condition record taken at handover and return. Time-stamped and sent to both parties.
Refundable deposit
10% of retail value, held — never charged unless damage falls outside the insurance cover. Returned within 24 hours of handback.
